What Happens After a Referral?

Initial Intake Call:
Our intake coordinator connects with the family to explain next steps, answer questions, and gather key information.

✓ Assessment Scheduling:
A BCBA schedules an in-home consultation to complete a thorough skills and behavior assessment.

✓ Personalized Treatment Plan:
After assessment, the BCBA develops a tailored ABA therapy plan based on the child’s strengths, needs, and family goals.

✓ Therapy Sessions Begin:
Based on availability and needs, therapy is scheduled 2–5 days per week.

✓ Ongoing Progress Updates:
Families and providers receive regular reports, parent coaching opportunities, and support throughout the child’s journey.
